HOW IT WORKS
Just send us an email to rewards@souskitchen.com to register for the program. It’s that simple.
Each time you place an order, your rewards will automatically be calculated based on the amount of food purchased.
If your order is between $1 and $200 in a single order
Your reward amount is 3% of your total food purchases
If your order is over $200 in a single order
Your reward amount is 5% of your total food purchases
Rewards are calculated on food purchases only. Delivery fees, gift certificates, and other exclusions apply. Purchases made with a Sous Kitchen gift certificate are eligible for rewards.
Rewards will be emailed out twice a year, so make sure you keep your email current. You will have 3 months to redeem the SK Credits.

How do I earn Sous Kitchen Reward points?
It’s easy. Simply register by emailing us at rewards@souskitchen.com. We do the rest. Each time you place an order, your reward points will be automatically calculated. Depending on how much you spend, that could be as much as 5% of your total purchases!
How and when do I get a Reward?
If you earn $10 or more in rewards during a rewards cycle, you will receive an email detailing your credits and redemption instruction within 4 to 6 weeks after the end of each rewards cycle. It is very important that you provide and maintain correct email information so you are sure to get your rewards!
Can I redeem my reward for cash?
No, Reward credits are not redeemable for cash and your order total must be equal to or exceed the reward certificate.
What if I can’t find my reward code?
Don’t worry – we have that in our system. Just contact us and we will be happy to look it up for you.
When does the reward cycle start and end?
Rewards cycles run for 6 months: January through June and July through December. Reward notifications will be sent 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the program. The first award will be calculated for the period from May 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011. After which, a regular reward schedule will be followed.

SOUS KITCHEN REWARDS TERMS &CONDITIONS
Use of the Sous Kitchen’s Rewards program constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions by each Sous Kitchen’s Rewards program Member (“Member”) as defined by Sous Kitchen, Inc:
Sous Kitchen Rewards are accumulated on a per account bases (as defined by the email associated with the account). Rewards are not earned on the purchase of Sous Kitchen Gift Certificates.
Qualification: Reward amounts are earned for a period of 6 calendar months (“reward cycle”): January through June and July through December. At the end of each 6 month reward cycle, rewards are emailed to each customer at the email of record. Reward values are set to zero at the beginning of each reward cycle.
Eligibility: Sous Kitchen reserves the right to verify the eligibility of purchases. Sous Kitchen reserves the right to terminate or suspend accumulations or membership due to fraud or misuse. Changes to the Sous Kitchen Rewards Program terms and conditions will be posted to the Sous Kitchen website. Continued use of Member’s Rewards card constitutes acceptance of any amendment to the Program.
Termination: Sous Kitchen may terminate the Program at any time through written notice sent to Member via email. Member agrees that the Sous Kitchen Rewards Program and any Member benefits related to it do not create any property rights in favor of Member.
