Sous Kitchen, Inc. is owned by Nadine Johnson, Brad Rolfe, and Diane Jacobson. They believe dinner should be fun and delicious, without the daily struggle of deciding what to serve and how to squeeze in time to plan, shop, and prepare it. Sous Kitchen owners and staff have the same goal: to help Sous Kitchen clients spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying dinner with friends and family. Nadine Johnson, CEO

Nadine started cooking at the age of four and finds comfort in serving traditional family meals. She has worked in finance and operations for over
15 years and has also spent several years in the food service industry. Nadine has an MBA from the University of Washington and a BS from Oregon State University. She lives in San Carlos with her husband and children.

Brad Rolfe, VP Business Development

Brad spent many childhood hours in the kitchen preparing family favorites next to his mom. This early exposure to a variety of food and cooking techniques helped form his passion for the industry today. Growing up, Brad remembers what an impact family dinners made on him, which is why being a part of Sous Kitchen today makes perfect sense. He understands the value of good food shared around the dinner table and enjoys helping busy Bay Area families eat well and most importantly, together. Brad received a bachelor’s degree from Long Beach State University and lives in San Francisco with his partner Michael.

Diane Jacobson, VP

Diane’s love of cooking and sharing food began as a child.  When she was seven, her mother introduced a new family rule: everyone in the family had to cook at least one dinner per week.  Diane loves to experiment and focuses on preparing cuisine from around the globe.  Diane has worked in marketing and marketing sciences in the pharmaceutical and high tech industries for over 10 years. She has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS from the University of Puget Sound.  She lives in San Carlos with her family.
