Read them carefully because by using our website, our facilities or any Sous Kitchen space (temporary or otherwise), you constitute your agreement with these terms, policies and procedures.

Policies and Procedures

As a customer of Sous Kitchen, you agree to each of the following policies and procedures of Sous Kitchen:

• I will follow all rules of conduct related to the use of Sous Kitchen facilities.
• I will freeze my Sous Kitchen food promptly after leaving Sous Kitchen.
• I will prepare Sous Kitchen food to the specifications described on this website and in the cooking instructions on each item.
• I will keep all Sous Kitchen food below 40°F while it is stored.
• I will heat all Sous Kitchen food to the following temperatures:
  • Poultry: 165°F
  • Casseroles: 165°F
  • Stuffing, stuffed meats or fish: 165°F
  • Ground meats: 155°F
  • Pork, Veal, Beef or Lamb: 145°F
  • Seafood: 145°F
• I take full responsibility for the transportation, storage and preparation of my Sous Kitchen products.
• I will use Sous Kitchen products for personal non-commercial uses and will not resell them.
  

Credit Card, Cancellation, and Refund

The credit card entered when registering for a session or placing an order will be billed on the day you make your reservation.

• Sous Kitchen understands that circumstances arise that may cause you to cancel, or reschedule your session.
  • If you cancel at least 3 days prior to your reservation we are happy to offer a full refund or apply your payment toward a future session.
  • If the cancellation is less than three days in advance, Sous Kitchen will charge you a cancellation fee (50% of the total cost of your order).
  • If cancellation is unavoidable, we recommend you convert your order to go. For an additional fee, we'll assemble the food for you. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
• If you are not satisfied with an entrée, Sous Kitchen will refund your money for that entrée or give you a free entrée to replace it.
