How It Works

Reserve a spot

Simply register online by selecting a session, choosing entrées, and entering your payment information. We offer the following types of sessions:

  • 6+ meal session: In 1 to 2 hours you can make at least 6 family-sized entrees.  At 10 minutes per meal, you’ve just made dinner for the entire week.
  • 3 meal session: Short on freezer space or just want to give us a try – this is the session for you.  In just 30 minutes, you can assemble 3 family-sized meals.

Each family-sized entrée is large enough to serve 4 to 6 people and some serve eight or more. Cost per serving is as low as $4.

Come to Sous Kitchen

When you arrive at Sous Kitchen, you will find a crisp, clean facility with stations for each item on the menu. Each station includes a recipe, measures, utensils, and fresh, perfectly prepped ingredients—all arranged “mise en place.

Our fun, experienced and attentive staff will welcome you, help you with meal assembly, and clean up after you.

What to expect during your Sous Kitchen session

  • Check in with a Sous Kitchen staff member. If it’s your first visit, our Sous Kitchen staff will explain the assembly process and food-handling procedures.
  • Tie on an apron, wash your hands, and make your way to your first station.
  • Assemble each entrée in a freezer-ready container with the help of a simple recipe and our helpful staff. You can follow the recipe to the letter or make it to taste. Triple the garlic, double the olives, leave out the salt—it’s up to you! You’re the chef!
  • After you finish an entrée, label it with cooking instructions and put it on your personal shelf in a Sous Kitchen freezer.
  • Move to your next station and make another delicious, made-from-scratch entrée.
  • As you create your meals, chat with other Sous Kitchen clients at neighboring stations. Drink a cup of coffee. Listen to music. Have fun!

At home

Once you leave Sous Kitchen, proceed home promptly and put your entrées in your freezer. We recommend keeping one entrée in your refrigerator for dinner that night and another for dinner the next evening.

When you are ready to eat a Sous Kitchen meal, simply thaw it and prepare it according to the simple cooking instructions on the label. Call your family and friends to the table and serve a delicious meal made fast and fresh for your busy life.
